Richard Bold

Richard Bold has extensive experience in HR strategy, transformation, and change management, having held various significant roles at Bupa from 2021 to 2025, including Director of Programmes, Strategy and Engagement. Previously, Bold worked at The Listening Company as a Recruitment and Development Manager and at Serco in roles including Training & Competence Consultant and Apprenticeship Business Manager. Currently, Bold serves as a Board Trustee for Everyturn Mental Health while continuing to explore the connections between training, personal fulfillment, and business performance. Bold earned a BA in Psychology and English Literature from the University of the Witwatersrand.
