Ross Baker

Ross Baker is a seasoned Cyber Security Director with over 15 years of experience in security and technology. Currently serving as the Group PMO Lead (Cyber) at Bupa, Ross previously held the position of Head of Cyber Delivery at International Airlines Group (IAG), where they led the security transformation initiatives for a global airline group. With a Master's degree in Security Studies from King's College London and multiple certifications, Ross has successfully managed complex security projects, including the implementation of a Global Cyber Security Operations Centre covering 60,000 personnel across 147 countries. In addition to their rich corporate background, Ross has also provided advisory support to the British Army and contributed to stabilisation efforts in Afghanistan.
