Ryan Steer

Ryan Steer serves as the Global Head of Digital Learning & Talent at Bupa, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading a global digital learning and talent technology ecosystem for over 70,000 employees. This role involves driving strategy, execution, and alignment of platforms with business priorities while overseeing a technology stack valued over £1 billion. Prior to Bupa, Ryan held various positions at Domestic & General from July 2008 to January 2016, including Global Learning Product Owner and Group Director of Digital People Solutions, along with earlier experience as a trainer and online trainer. Freelance work as a video/motion graphics designer occurred between January 2006 and June 2012. Ryan holds a degree in Critical Fine Art Practice from the University of Brighton, earned between 1998 and 2001.
