Sidharth Gupta is the Head of Talent Acquisition (APAC & UK) at Bupa GCC, where they are building a strategic global hub that merges Bupa's legacy with the innovation of India. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR, Sidharth has previously held significant roles at IndiaMART, Amazon, Samsung, and Infosys, focusing on employer branding, DEI, and strategic HR initiatives. Sidharth holds an MBA in HR from the International Management Institute and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, both completed with first-class honors.
