Simon Johnson

Simon Johnson currently serves as Principal Architect at Bupa since June 2025. Prior to this role, Simon was the Head of Technical Architecture at Quilter from April 2020 to October 2025 and held the position of Director at Sleigh Consulting Limited from September 2016 to April 2020. Simon's experience includes serving as Head of Infrastructure Strategy and Architecture at Royal Bank of Scotland Business from April 2004 to August 2016, as well as various roles as an Infrastructure Architect at RBS during the same time frame. Earlier in the career, Simon co-founded Aspelle between 2000 and 2004. Simon earned a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Information Technology from London South Bank University.
