With over 20 years of specialization in Risk Management, Simon previously held roles in the financial services sector, including Enterprise Risk Manager at Aviva Investors and Head of Risk at Bupa Global. They have contributed significantly to the development of risk management frameworks and have served as an external Senior Technical Advisor to the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, focusing on operational risk. Simon earned a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from the University of Portsmouth.
