Steve Williams

Steve Williams has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Insurance Architect for Bupa UKi since February 2007. Over the years at Bupa, Williams has held key leadership roles, including Head of IT Strategy and Architecture, Head of Enterprise Architecture (Interim), and Head of Integration Architecture, among others. In addition, Williams serves as Trustee and Treasurer for the Volleyball England Foundation since April 2019 and previously held the position of Performance President at Volleyball England from 2004 to 2009. Earlier career roles include Technical Director at Perceptive Technology and Lead Developer at Avenue Legal Systems, along with experience as an Application Developer at Miles 33. Williams holds a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.
