Tamara Eastham

Tamara Eastham (née Same) is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Head of Loyalty and Customer Connections at Bupa since June 2025. Previously, Tamara held various roles at Total Beauty Network, including Communications Manager for Designer Brands Cosmetics, and at AGL Energy, where responsibilities included Brand & Marketing Telco Program Lead and Senior Marketing Manager for Customer Value Optimisation, Retention & Loyalty. Tamara also contributed to Lloyds Banking Group as a Campaign Manager and led customer and agent transformation initiatives at AGL. Tamara holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Deakin University, as well as a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from Monash University and a VCE Certificate from Wesley College.
