Tom Johnson

Tom Johnson is a Design Principal at Bupa, leveraging over 16 years of experience in user-centered design. They previously served as a UX and Design lead at the BBC, where they established new teams and drove the development of award-winning products, including the BBC Own It app. Having held leadership roles across various sectors, Tom has successfully grown design teams and influenced business strategy, achieving significant commercial impact, such as generating £16M in incremental revenue at THG. Currently pursuing a degree in Design and Art Direction at The Manchester Metropolitan University, Tom is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating user-focused solutions.
