Tom Kimpton is an experienced professional in operational and strategic leadership within the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Residential Aged Care at Bupa since November 2022, Tom oversees a portfolio of aged care homes in Victoria and NSW.
