Vikas Gujral

Vikas Gujral currently serves as the Director of Digital Strategy & Performance at Bupa, a position held since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives within Bupa Insurance as a member of the UK Executive Leadership Team. Previously, Vikas was the Director & Chief Operating Officer at Max Bupa Health Insurance from July 2016 to September 2020. Vikas’s extensive experience in the insurance sector also includes serving as Executive Vice President & Head Operations, Persistency & Customer Service at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from July 2004 to July 2016, and leading Quality Six Sigma & Knowledge Management at Bharti Airtel Limited from 2001 to 2004. Vikas holds a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Finance from Victoria University, completed in 1997.
