Buraca Roasters is an independent, family-run specialty coffee roaster based in Lisbon. With our coffeeshop and roastery in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais and a second location opening soon in Porto Salvo, Oeiras.

Coffee runs in our family. Since the 1980s, we've been roasting and in 2019, we brought those decades of knowledge and connections together to create Buraca Roasters. We opened our first coffee shop in 2020, in the middle of a pandemic, because we believed great coffee was worth it.

We work directly with individual farmers to source the finest beans, roasting each one to highlight the natural flavours of its origin. Every coffee we roast has a story, and we want you to taste it.
