Amiamo la cucina italiana. Since 1993, Buratti has been bringing the flavors of Italy to professional kitchens. As an Austrian family-owned business with Italian roots, we are much more than just a wholesaler: we are your reliable partner in the food service industry, working with you as equals.

Thanks to our own restaurant operations, we understand the industry’s needs and deliver what truly matters: authentic products, uncompromising quality, absolute reliability, and personalized advice.

Through our active role in the C.I.C. – Cooperativa Italiana Catering – we have direct access to the best Italy has to offer. Our product range includes over 2,000 carefully selected items, which we continuously review and expand: from pasta, mozzarella, and prosciutto to frozen foods, wine, beverages, and non-food items.
With our team of over 60 people and our own fleet of vehicles, we deliver daily to restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses—from eastern Austria all the way to Budapest. With a genuine passion for Italian flavors.

Benvenuti da Buratti.
