At Burch Price & Associates, we help organizations move beyond awareness and into action, by building workplaces where neurodivergent individuals are not only included, but empowered to thrive.

We partner with companies, universities, and schools to rethink hiring, training, and workplace systems through a neuroinclusive lens. Our work is rooted in one core belief: when different ways of thinking are supported, innovation, collaboration, and performance naturally follow.

What We Do
We provide comprehensive, neurodiversity-focused solutions, including:
• Organizational consulting to redesign systems and culture
• Tailored workshops for leadership, HR, and teams
• Scalable online video programs for ongoing education
• Pipeline development to connect organizations with neurodivergent talent

Who We Serve
• Organizations: Build inclusive workplaces, improve retention, and drive business success
• Universities: Prepare neurodivergent students for meaningful careers
• Schools: Create classrooms that support every learner’s strengths

We don’t just talk about inclusion, we help you operationalize it. From strategy to implementation, we act as partners in creating sustainable, neuroinclusive environments.

Our Mission
To bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by helping organizations recognize, support, and retain neurodivergent individuals, ultimately shaping a future of work where all minds are valued.
