We are experienced business advisers and mentors, but business lawyers too. We can act as your General Counsel, your Board Adviser or your Legal and Business Affairs Expert and Guide.

We give your business the expertise that listed companies take for granted but on a flexible and value for money basis and at the same time bring additional quality to your decision-making team. You retain us to work inside your business for a number of days per month, (usually between 1 and 4 days) but you can use our input in any form that meets your needs, including on-site, working remotely or advising on ‘one off’ projects.
