Burdick spearheads brand identity, packaging, and go-to-market strategies, managing operations and growth initiatives. Additionally, Burdick is the founder of Burd Brands and previously served as CEO and co-founder of Personality Juice from April 2019 to April 2025, where an alcohol beverage brand, "BECKY," was developed. Burdick started the career with an internship in food and beverage at Marriott Hotels and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, completed in 2009.
