Marie Stephan

Marie Stephan has extensive experience in financial management and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as CFO at BurdaInternational and previously holding positions as Director of Financial Performance Management and Director of M&A within the same company since December 2016. Prior to this, Marie was a Board Member at Doğan Burda from November 2019 to October 2023, and worked at BNP Paribas as an Associate and Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions from February 2011 to November 2016. Earlier career roles include Transaction Advisory at EY, corporate finance at Bankhaus Lampe KG, and internships in consulting and M&A with various firms. Marie holds a degree from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and studied at London Metropolitan University.
