Burdock Brewery is a downtown Toronto brewery striving for beverage greatness. We opened our doors back in 2015 and since then have brewed over a thousand batches and made hundreds of unique beers. We love making beers that are refreshing, pale, and crispy. From easy-drinking classics like our Pilsner to beer-wine hybrids (aka grape ales) like BUMO, to dry-hopped fruited sours like Cherry B, to sparkling water with pickle brine – we do it all! Ultimately, we're brewing beers that we love and would want to drink every day.
