Michael Sternhell

Michael Sternhell's work experience includes serving as the Director, Legal Finance and Business Development at Burford Capital, where they deliver innovative litigation financing solutions to the asset management industry. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and Managing Counsel, Head of Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement at OppenheimerFunds. Michael also worked as a Senior Litigation Attorney at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, specializing in complex securities litigation and arbitrations, SEC and FINRA enforcement proceedings, white-collar criminal defense, and internal investigations.

Michael Sternhell received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from New York University School of Law, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University's College of Social Studies between 1993 and 1998.
