Patrick Cook

Patrick Cook is a Partner at Burges Salmon LLP since September 2010 and leads the Corporate Turnaround & Insolvency Group. With extensive experience advising companies, banks, private equity funds, pensions trustees, directors, and public authorities, Patrick focuses on all aspects of stressed and distressed companies and debt, aiming to rescue enterprises and restore profitability. Additionally, Patrick undertakes various finance-related work primarily for banks. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, earned between 1975 and 1978.
