Burgess Mee is an award winning law firm offering a full range of family law and private client services with offices in Liverpool Street, Clapham and Hammersmith. We are specialists in our field – ranked in Chambers and Partners (Band 1 for our children work and Band 2 for our matrimonial finance work), Legal 500 and The Times Best Law Firms. We work seamlessly with our private client department for wills, trusts, probate and wealth planning expertise.

In all that we do, our clients come first. No two cases are the same and we work as a team with our clients to provide a bespoke service. We bring both our professional and life experience to all that we do and are committed to finding creative and cost effective solutions for our clients.

Our team are what make Burgess Mee who we are. We are committed to providing a positive work environment. We provide opportunities for individuals to build a rewarding career and to really make a difference. We believe we have a responsibility to our team and invest in wellbeing initiatives, mental health first aiders, providing free counselling and advisory services, providing a broad range of fertility support and benefits and partnering our lawyers with inhouse mentors to guide their personal and professional development.

Our values are an important part of who we are. We believe we have a responsibility to the wider community to make a difference where we can. Currently, we partner with the Drive Forward Foundation, an organisation committed to supporting care leavers in transitioning successfully to the workplace, and many of our lawyers actively support the Peckham Citizens Advice Bureau. We also proudly offer free to view information, expert opinion and guidance on co-parenting through our sister website The Happy Co-Parent.
