We implement an aggressive marketing plan for our listings to ensure that they will sell quickly. No one likes to sell their home, so the faster we can get it sold, the better for all involved. Our key to success is focused marketing. We get our clients the results they deserve and our listings sell 37% faster on average than the county average. We differentiate ourselves through our personalized hard work, dedication to our client's needs, and attention to detail. "Clients come first" is not a cliché to our team - it is our mantra! If you are looking to buy or sell, give us a call today!

Our leader, Pat Burgess got into Real Estate when the market was at its worst...the economy was declining, and no one knew what a "Short Sale" was, but we all were soon to find out! With her corporate background, I put together an aggressive business plan, and by the end of her first year she was honored with President's Club Top Performer Status, and has never looked back. Today we are ranked among the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide. Our small, but mighty team has grown to 5 to assure we consistently provide quality service. Our objective is to make sure each of our clients has a "luxury experience" regardless of the size of their transaction.
