Omar Abbas is the CEO and Co-Founder of BurjX and a Co-Founder of NDAX. They previously co-founded NDAX and served as Director from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they held roles as Associate at CIBC Wood Gundy (2012-2014), Business Development Manager for TD Asset Management (2015-2016), and Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities (2016-2018). They earned a Bachelor of Management in Finance from the University of Lethbridge (2006-2010) and are currently pursuing the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) through the Canadian Securities Institute.
