Harvard Law and Harvard Business School educated Einstein Visa holders building Burlington to change the future of identity, access & mobility.

Burlington is a boutique U.S. immigration strategy and advisory consultancy founded by a Harvard Law-trained strategist who holds a self-petitioned EB-1A visa for extraordinary ability. The firm works with high-achieving professionals across law, science, technology, engineering, finance, entertainment and public policy to develop and file EB-1A and EB-2 NIW petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Burlington's defining edge is its ability to translate the achievements of African professionals into the rigorous evidentiary framework required at the USCIS final merits determination stage.

Burlington Consult was built with the rising African professional specifically in mind. The firm's lead adviser navigated the EB-1A process as a Nigerian professional and was approved, on first submission. That lived experience shapes every engagement.

Burlington Consult helps its clients cut through the complexities of securing U.S. permanent residency (Green Card) without an employer sponsor, in the fastest way possible.

Professionals from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and across the African continent frequently have credentials that are world-class by any objective measure, but are not automatically legible in the format USCIS expects.

A Partner-level position at a Tier 1 Nigerian law firm, a senior role at an NSE-listed institution, a central bank appointment, or a decade at a Big Four firm in Lagos carries the same weight as the equivalent in London or New York. Burlington Consult's role is to make that equivalence unmistakably clear to a USCIS adjudicator.
