Burlington Public Library is a large urban Canadian library system serving a population of more than 180,000. Established in 1872, the Library has six full-service branches and a rural lending location.

They ensure the smooth operation of all IT services, support library staff and patrons with technical issues, and create innovative software solutions to improve user experience and accessibility.
