Chris Miller has extensive work experience in marketing, strategy, and leadership roles. Chris currently holds the position of Group Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy at Burlington Stores, Inc., where they are responsible for brand and content strategy, media planning, digital strategy, personalized/CRM marketing, local/partnership/B2B marketing, and creative strategy/implementation. Prior to this, Chris served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Advertising at Burlington Stores, where they led marketing and advertising functions and played a key role in the company's recognition as one of Fortune's Best Workplaces in Retail, Best Workplaces for Diversity, and Best Workplaces for Women.

Chris began their career at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader, where they worked on various projects, including program implementation, growth strategy assessment, and M&A due diligence.

Before their corporate career, Chris founded and operated Miller Voice Studios, where they launched multiple private voice studios and provided voice instruction to over 250 students. Chris also collaborated with renowned musicians for operatic and concert performances, receiving positive critical reviews.

Chris Miller completed an MBA in Strategic Management & Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Chris'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, was obtained from St. Olaf College from 1991 to 1995.
