Eric Whisler

Eric Whisler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric worked at Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Director, Counsel - Privacy starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were at Victoria's Secret as a Director/Senior Attorney, specializing in privacy. Eric also spent over five years at L Brands as an Attorney, focusing on customer engagement and privacy. Additionally, Eric served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Columbus Montessori Education Center from 2011 to 2017. Before transitioning into a legal career, Eric worked as an Attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Eric also gained experience as a Law Clerk at Legal Aid Society of Columbus. In their earlier years, Eric held engineering roles as a Senior Design Engineer at Aeroflex, a Lead Digital Hardware Design Engineer at Terabeam Wireless, a Digital Design Engineer at SOMA Networks, and an Electrical Engineer at Motorola - Cellular Infrastructure Group.

Eric Whisler received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1998. Eric went on to earn their Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 2006 to 2009.
