Genaro Bugarin

Genaro Bugarin is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in fulfillment and distribution operations. Currently serving as the Director of Distribution Operations at Burlington Stores, Inc., Genaro previously held the position of Vice President of Fulfillment at NationsBenefits, where efforts focused on building a world-class fulfillment system. At ShipBob, Inc., Genaro was instrumental in supporting over 7,000 eCommerce merchants and expanding operations globally from 4 to 42 locations across 5 countries. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Regional Operations at Wayfair, where Genaro spearheaded the launch of four fulfillment centers, and as Director of Distribution at Petco, overseeing eCommerce fulfillment across multiple distribution centers. Genaro holds a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
