Javier Rojas has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as the Store Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. since July 2023, and previously held the role of Assistant Store Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond since October 2012. Javier Rojas also has a background as Executive Team Leader - Replenishment at Target from January 2010 to September 2012, where responsibilities included managing a $130 million store and overseeing over 140 associates and up to 8 supervisors.
