Ken Bryan

Ken Bryan is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and leasing. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Burlington Stores, Inc. since October 2020, Ken leads initiatives in asset management and surplus property. Prior to this role, Ken spent over 15 years at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included managing real estate services that encompassed lease renegotiations, asset disposition, and property acquisition to support corporate initiatives. Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University.
