Mark Arbus is an accomplished transactional real estate attorney with over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, having worked with prominent international and national Real Estate Investment Trusts. Mark specializes in leasing, tenant renewals, and client service agreements, forming strong relationships with leasing teams to exceed annual goals. Previously serving as Assistant General Counsel and later as Associate General Counsel at General Growth Properties, Mark has also held positions such as Vice President of Real Estate at Kite Realty Group and Senior Associate General Counsel at Brookfield Properties. Mark currently serves as the Director and Counsel for Real Estate at Burlington Stores and operates their own law office. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
