Mark Drogalis

Mark Drogalis has extensive experience in the legal field, specifically in real estate. Mark is currently working as the Senior Director, Managing Counsel - Real Estate at Burlington Stores, Inc. Mark previously held the position of Vice President-Legal at EDENS : Connective Retail, where they formed and managed the company's in-house legal department. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Real Estate Counsel at Giant Food and Associate Counsel at Rite Aid. Mark has also gained experience as a Real Estate Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, Staff Counsel at Toll Brothers, and Associate at Cohen, Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman and Cohen.

Mark Drogalis obtained a Juris Doctorate from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, which they attended from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government at Susquehanna University from 1980 to 1984. Mark graduated from Wyoming Area HS in 1980 with a High School degree, focusing on College Prep.
