Ray Anderson, PHR, currently serves as VP of HR Transformation at Burlington Stores, Inc., having held previous leadership roles including VP of Digital HR at Bath & Body Works, where significant initiatives included the development of a Digital HR operating model and a global implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.
