Robert Davis is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions across various retail companies. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate - Southeast at Burlington Stores, Inc., since February 2021, Robert leads site selection and negotiation efforts in multiple states, including Alabama and Florida. Prior to this role, Robert was the Real Estate Manager - Acquisitions & Dispositions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., overseeing new store development and managing a range of real estate transactions. Robert's earlier experience also includes significant roles at Walmart, directing the management of a $220 million excess land portfolio and providing internal valuation services. Robert's career began as a Land Agent for Universal Field Services and as a Right of Way Agent for the Georgia Department of Transportation. Robert holds a BBA in Business Information Systems from Tennessee State University.
