Tim Makinen

Tim Makinen has over a decade of experience in project management and construction, beginning as a Construction Superintendent at Renaissance Homes of Colorado from 2006 to 2007. Tim then worked as a Project Manager at Hays Construction Company Inc from 2011 to 2015, managing projects for notable clients across multiple states. Tim later joined Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2022 and is currently serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager. Tim also has experience as a Business Development and Project Manager at KLM Solutions LLC from 2008 to 2011, and Tim studied Construction Management at Ashworth College.
