Tom Weber

Tom Weber has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Tom has held various positions at Burlington Stores, Inc. and JCPenney. At Burlington Stores, Inc., they served as the Director of Operations Support, leading a regional team responsible for store operations initiatives. Prior to this role, they were a Regional Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with operational procedures in the region. At JCPenney, Tom held multiple roles, including Regional Field Training Senior Manager, Regional Merchandise Field Director, Store Manager, Merchandise Execution Coordinator, Project Manager, District Store Merchandise Planner, Senior Merchandise Manager, and Merchandise Manager Trainee. Throughout their career, Tom has had extensive involvement in training, merchandising, and operations management.

Tom Weber attended St. Xavier High School from 1980 to 1984. Tom then went on to study at Siena Heights University from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a minor in Business Management.
