Tom White

Tom White is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in store management and operations across various companies. Since July 2015, Tom has served as Store Manager for Burlington Stores, Inc., leading initiatives in customer service, sales, and team leadership. Prior to this role, Tom held management positions at MICHAEL'S ARTS AND CRAFTS and Bed Bath & Beyond, where responsibilities included directing operations, recruiting and training employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tom also co-owned SS MOTORS, overseeing automotive sales and repair services, and began a retail career at J.C. PENNEY, progressing from Management Trainee to Senior Department Manager. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science from Doane University.
