Ali Laughlin

Ali Laughlin currently serves as a Burn Bootcamp Ambassador, a role commenced in March 2023. Previously, Ali worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Kenton County School District from July 2020 to February 2023, responsible for hiring across multiple departments and serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Assistant position at The TJX Companies, Inc., managing HRIS updates and recruitment reports, along with roles as a Registered Behavioral Technician and Teacher at The New England Center for Children. Ali also contributed as a FEMA volunteer through AmeriCorps NCCC and completed an internship focused on marketing and special events at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bryant University and a degree in Social Work and Counseling from Franklin Pierce University.
