Kerry Brophy

Kerry Brophy currently serves as the Head Trainer at Burn Boot Camp since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Recruiting at CMI from February 2016 to March 2017, where the focus was on aligning exceptional talent in the technology sector, and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at XLA from September 2012 to January 2016, supporting program lifecycle management for the Federal government. Additional experiences include serving as the Senior Manager of Recruiting at Kaseman from December 2009 to June 2011 and as the Recruiting & Talent Retention Manager at GTSI from April 2004 to September 2009. Kerry began the career as a Recruiter at Career Management Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Educational background includes a B.S. in Exercise Science from George Mason University.
