Joshua Grady is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As CFO of Winston Flowers from 2017 to March 2024, Joshua held direct responsibility for accounting, finance, and HR functions within a leading DTC floral provider. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at GSN Games, where Joshua was integral to the company’s growth and achieved a $1B valuation over nine years. Joshua's career also encompasses roles as Vice President of Finance at All Seasons Services and Controller at KaBloom.com, among others, contributing to significant financial management and strategic growth initiatives across multiple sectors. Holding a BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Joshua has a strong foundation in financial oversight and operational excellence.
