Deepak Tiwari

Deepak Tiwari has over a decade of experience in finance and accounting roles. Deepak is currently the Finance Director at BURN since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at d.light where they held various positions including Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (Head Africa) from December 2018 to September 2022, Finance and Accounting Manager from November 2016 to November 2018, and Finance and Accounting Manager (Asia & US) from October 2015 to October 2016. Deepak also served as an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. from April 2014 to September 2015. Before that, they worked as a Manager Finance & Commercial at Giftease Technologies Private Limited from May 2013 to March 2014, and as a Manager-Finance at Craftsvilla.com from January 2012 to May 2013.

Deepak Tiwari started their education in 2007 at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they pursued a degree in Chartered Accountancy. Deepak focused on subjects such as taxation, audit, accounting, and finance, completing their studies in 2011. In the same year, Deepak obtained a certification in General Management & Communications Skills from ICAI.

In 2012, Deepak enrolled at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they pursued a degree in Law, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Deepak completed their studies in 2014.

Prior to their enrollment in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Deepak earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Mumbai. Deepak completed this degree between 2007 and 2010.

Throughout their education, Deepak also obtained additional certifications. In 2009, they completed an Information Technology Training Course at ICAI, and in 2011, they obtained a certification in General Management & Communications Skills, also from ICAI.
