Molly Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Molly is currently working as the Head of Carbon Strategy at BURN, where they lead strategic initiatives related to carbon reduction. Prior to this, Molly worked as a Strategic Associate - Carbon at BURN, contributing to the development of carbon strategies. Molly also held roles at YWCA Scotland - The Young Women's Movement as Treasurer, Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant and an Associate Consultant, Alexandra Rose Charity as an Impact and Evaluation Manager, Hey Girls as an Education and Impact Manager, Community Enterprise Ltd as a Social Enterprise Development Officer, BOP Consulting as a Researcher, Scope Group Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager, Impact Hub Kuala Lumpur as a Project Manager, and THE NOISY CLASSROOM LIMITED as a Project Executive.

Molly Brown pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Oxford from 2011 to 2014. Molly further expanded their education by obtaining a Research Masters in Social Policy with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from The University of Edinburgh between 2018 and 2019.
