Rob Tash has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Rob is currently the Head of Creative Services at BURN, where they are responsible for leading and guiding the creative team, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define corporate and project plans. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead VX Creative at Majid Al Futtaim, where they led the development and execution of Carrefour onsite experiences. Rob has also held positions as a Creative Director at Moonsun Pictures International, Homeboyz Entertainment Limited, and Nation Media Group. At Nation Media Group, they also served as a Lead Design Creative and a Creative Graphic Designer. Rob began their career as a Graphics Designer at WPP-Scangroup and started as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Hunter Profile. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to manage and coordinate teams, develop innovative campaign concepts, and ensure consistent brand messaging across various platforms.

Rob Tash has a comprehensive education history in the field of graphic design. Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from the University of Nairobi, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, Rob pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Graphic Communication at the University of Hertfordshire, from 2016 to 2019.

Aside from their formal education, Rob Tash has also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills. Rob obtained a certification in Public Management & Design Thinking from the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) in March 2018. In addition, they received an ISO Certification from ISO in April 2012. Furthermore, Rob Tash has received recognition for their work as a graphics designer, winning the Best Graphics Designer at the Best Bee Awards in both 2011 and 2013, an accolade bestowed upon him by the Nation Media Group.
