Ohad Rotem

Ohad Rotem is an operations and engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in engineering, projects, and operations. They have successfully led high-performing teams in the development, planning, and execution of capital projects, with a focus on product design improvements and strategic business initiatives. Their past roles include Director of Product, Process and Mechanical Engineering, and VP of Operations for the US Electricity Segment at Ormat Technologies, where they oversaw operations for 20 power plants and implemented new systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Burnham RNG while pursuing an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
