Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips is the current VP and Aviation Group Leader at Burns Engineering, Inc. Brian has been with the company since January 1998, and in their current position, they are in charge of multi-discipline engineering teams on aviation-related projects. Prior to their current role, Brian was a Project Manager and before that, a Mechanical Engineer with The Burns Group. As a Mechanical Engineer, they were responsible for the design and engineering of HVAC systems, central heating and cooling plants, air handling systems, hydronic systems, gas detection, chilled/hot water/steam piping networks, heating and cooling load calculations, pipe friction loss and pump head calculations, duct friction loss and fan HP calculations, ice and thermal storage systems, cooling towers, and geothermal systems. Brian has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field and is an expert in their field.

Brian Phillips has a BSME from Penn State University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Penncrest High School.
