Casey Lorimer

Casey Lorimer is a Mechanical Engineering Associate at Burns Engineering, Inc., since August 2021, specializing in the critical review of design and construction submittals for airport projects and HVAC infrastructure design. Previously, Casey served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern for the Aviation Group at Burns Engineering, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Prior experience includes an internship at Ballinger in the Plumbing Department, as well as a Facilities Department internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, focusing on HVAC system calculations and project management. Early career experience includes customer service roles and research assistance in artificial intelligence at New York University. Casey holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Brooklyn Technical High School.
