Mike Debacker

Mike Debacker was the Florida Operations Manager at HNTB from May 1991 to September 2007. Mike is currently the VP of Transportation at Burns & McDonnell.

Mike Debacker has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mike has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business. Mike is certified by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers as a Professional Engineer - Florida. Mike is also certified by the Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and of Land Surveyors as a Professional Engineer - Massachusetts.
