BURO is an acronym. It stands for Better Understanding Results in Opportunities. 

You’ll see this being the soul in all we do, and how it’s shaped our company values, departments, vision, mission and business practices. 

Buro is divided into 4 departments:
1. Academy, where we teach the art of building and running a company. 
2. Studio, we create and grow businesses with our partners. Together we go through the 3 stages of business creation; practice, start, and collaboration.
3. Lab, where we create proprietary tools and tech to help our partners grow.
4. Invest, where we acquire assets to grow the portfolio and partner companies.
