Jamie Lay

Jamie Lay is a Technology Infrastructure Designer at Buro Happold since September 2023, following experience as a Graduate Building Technologies Engineer at Beca from November 2021 to June 2023. Prior roles include a Design Engineering Intern and an Asset Engineering Intern at Babcock International Group between November 2019 and November 2021, as well as a Stock Controller at Karen Walker International in mid-2019. Early career experiences include working as a waitress at Dr Rudis and various roles at BurgerFuel, culminating as Assistant Store Manager. Jamie Lay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Auckland University of Technology, obtained between 2018 and 2021, and completed NCEA Level 3 at Botany Downs Secondary College from 2010 to 2014.
