Leonie Baker

Leonie Baker is the Capital Projects Advisory Lead at Buro Happold, where they provide business advice rooted in engineering principles. Prior to this role, Leonie served as a Director at Deloitte, specializing in programme leadership for complex capital and real estate change initiatives in the Public Sector. Their career began as a structural engineer, working alongside award-winning architects, and they qualified as a chartered civil engineer. Leonie holds an MEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering with Architecture from The University of Manchester and is also a member of CEng MICE.
